The range of decentralized heat recovery units offers a solution for ventilation and heat recovery where it is complex or expensive to install the air duct system. From a single room to larger rooms, apartments, schools, offices, etc., MCZ decentralized heat recovery units quickly and with minimal expense solve the problems of air exchange, filtration, and sanitization, thus creating healthy environments free of dust, mold, bacteria, and viruses.

Residenzial ducted units

These devices are mainly dedicated to ventilation and heat recovery in residential environments, characterized by:

Due to their compactness, functionality and simplicity, these products are ideal for residential applications, with easy assembly, high energy saving, very low noise and easy to use. The air flow rates of this range of units is in a range of 150 to 800 m3/h. All units are equipped with low consumption brushless electronic fans, automatic bypass, high efficiency heat recovery units and can be completed with the Bioxigen sanitizing system.

Dehumidification/heat recovery for residential installations in radiant cooling systems

Dehumidification/heat recovery for residential radiant cooling systems. The heating solution with radiant systems has been used and appreciated by the market for years. This is also combined with the cooling of rooms using chilled water in the same system. In this case, the air must have a low humidity content to avoid condensation on the coldest surfaces. MCZ dehumidifiers meet this need and are able to eliminate up to 36 kg of water per day.

Heat recovery units

Heat recovery units for non-residential installations are identified as machines with an air flow rate ranging from 300 to over 15,000 m³/h. These are particularly robust systems, designed for intensive use, with the possibility of integrating a wide range of accessories to meet various needs for air renewal, treatment, and climate control.

A large range of high efficiency heat recovery units able to satisfying small, medium and large size ventilation systems with air flow rates from 300 to over 15,000 cubic meters per hour and with complete recovery solutions (cross-flow, enthalpic, rotary, thermodynamic, adiabatic, etc. ) complete with a wide range of accessories to satisfy the customer request. Aluminum cross flow recuperators, enthalpic cross-flow rotary or static recovery units, are realized with the last generation of components and thermodynamic recovery system with internal heating pump and combined with a static recovery module include a very low GWP refrigerant.

Air treatment systems and ventilation

The air treatment units of MCZ , available with a wide range of accessories able to solve all the request of the designer, installers and people for a correct climate and pure air. MCZ air handling units cover the needs of residential, commercial and tertiary installations, often also extending into the industrial field. The air flow rates range from 100 to 25,000 m3/h with various air/water or refrigerant exchanger solutions, traditional 3-speed AC fans or brushless electronic fans with very low consumption to provide large range of heating or cooling power.

Fresh air combined to thermodynamic recovery

The new heat recovery units are distinguished by twin heat recovery system for transferring the energy otherwise lost when extracting air from the room: the first system, static type, by aluminum plated crossflow heat recovery, the second system (in sequence to the previous one) by electric driven airto- air heat pump device. Therefore, by a single independent system and at the same time, it can match the needing of ventilation while ensuring room comfort, the outside air thermal loads and energy saving, due to the very high unit efficiency, both on winter and summer time. These air handling units thus represent the ideal solution for satisfying temperature, humidity, comfort and fresh air requirements in air-conditioning systems operating in civil, industrial and service environments.
