Storage tanks

Renewable sources present a mismatch between the time when energy is available and the time when it is actually used, leading to a partial utilisation of the resource. The optimal solution to overcome this problem is to store energy when it is available, conserve it by minimising - or completely eliminating - losses, and release it when it is actually needed. A thermal storage system is used to do this, which optimises the operation of the plant, increases its operating capacity and helps to reduce the final cost of energy for the user.

Hot water buffer tanks with instantaneous DHW production

The IDHW series hot water storage tanks have the combined flywheel-producer system with fixed heat exchangers inside the flywheel ( depending on the model) and corrugated stainless steel pipe for semi-rapid DHW production. They are all Class A insulated with thick closed-cell rigid polyurethane free of CFCs and non-removable HCFCs with Class B3 fire resistance according to DIN4102. They are available with a single fixed IDHW1 heat exchanger or twoI DHW2 heat exchangers.

istantaneous water heaters

The PSW are istantaneous DHW production modules that used a brazed stainless stelle plate heat exchanger and are used in combination with inetial storage tanks. Domestic hot water temperature is regulated by tehrmostatic mixing of the fluid in the primary circuit. the primary circuit circulator is controlled by a flow switch located on the DHW and electrically connected in series.
