HOW IT WORKS
MAESTRO+ is a system that is self-learning and self-regulating based on lifestyles and household or work habits, making the most of renewable resources (photovoltaic and biomass) and optimising consumption.
MAESTRO+ monitors the household's electricity consumption and active loads in real time. The system knows the power available from the meter, detects the production of the photovoltaic system, the overall consumption of the home and the absorption of the heat pump. Based on this information, it adapts the operation of the entire system:
- if the house is consuming too much, the heat pump modulates output according to the available energy
- in the presence of photovoltaic, it takes into account instantaneous production to optimise self-consumption
- in a hybrid system with biomass, it can switch off the heat pump and switch on the biomass generator for heating or DHW production
In this way, there is no need to oversize the meter: MAESTRO+ handles loads in an intelligent way, ensuring that the system operates properly and that the primary needs of the home are prioritised.

Unlike standard control systems, MAESTRO+ not only manages the switching on and off of the heat pump, but also analyses its operating efficiency in real time via key parameters:
- delivery temperature
- time to reach set point
- control of humidity, battery efficiency, room and outdoor temperature
With this data, the system is able to define the most appropriate operating mode and optimise integration with other energy sources in the system. Depending on the operating conditions, the heat pump can operate in modulation or be overridden altogether, guaranteeing the priority to the most efficient hybrid generator, photovoltaic system, biomass boiler, or other supporting source.
