These are the files that you can ask for:

• 2D files (.dwg format): dwg format files are available for wood fireplaces (Plasma Wood, Vivo Wood), pellet-fuelled fireplaces (Vivo Pellet) and inserts (Boxtherm Pellet).
• 3D files (.step format): the files are available for the entire collection of wood fireplaces (Plasma Wood and Vivo Wood), pellet-fuelled fireplaces and inserts (Vivo Pellet and Boxtherm Pellet) and designer pellet stoves (Wall, Reflex). The 3D files of Plasma wood fireplaces are supplied in three versions: bare, with spacer and the passepartout frame.
