MCZ at the heart of Fuorisalone in Milan with the Comfort Inside installation
On the occasion of the Milano Design Week 2026, MCZ takes part in the Fuorisalone as a guest of the exhibition‑event INTERNI MateriAE, at the University of Milan, presenting Comfort Inside—an immersive installation that introduces a new vision of home comfort.
Conceived as a sensorial experience, Comfort Inside transforms technological innovation into perception, emotion and awareness, guiding visitors through a journey that crosses the opposites of heat and cold to reach an ideal climatic balance.
The installation takes the form of a pure, deep‑red volume—an identity statement and visual declaration of the MCZ world. An essential outer shell that encloses a multisensory experience made of light, sound and atmosphere, capable of making comfort tangible.
A new way of living home comfort
Throughout the experience, visitors first encounter an environment dominated by intense, enveloping warmth, then a cold and crystalline space, before reaching a balanced and luminous domestic setting. Here, comfort becomes a continuous condition, governed with invisible precision.
Comfort Inside thus becomes a manifesto of the MCZ approach: comfort is not static, but dynamic; not seasonal, but permanent; not visible, yet decisive in the quality of contemporary living.

From experience to technology: MCZ’s vision for HVAC
At the core of the installation, MCZ’s technological evolution takes shape: a new generation of solutions for home climate comfort, capable of integrating heating, cooling and domestic hot water production into compact, efficient and sustainable systems.
Comfort Inside tells the story of MCZ’s entry into the HVAC world, with a vision that goes beyond the concept of a standalone machine to embrace that of an integrated energy ecosystem, in dialogue with biomass, heat pumps, photovoltaics and energy storage systems.
Technology thus becomes experience, design becomes language and comfort turns into a continuous condition, designed to accompany everyday life, season after season.
A project of design, technology and sustainability
Comfort Inside is a project by GCS Genny Canton Studio and Operaventuno, with MCZ Group.
The installation structure has been developed with the support of the technical partner ABS Group, which supplied both the structure and the tensioned fabric cladding, creating a continuous surface free of visual interruptions and contributing to a sustainable and reusable design solution.
Participation in INTERNI MateriAE confirms the dialogue between MCZ, the world of design and project culture, within an international context such as the Fuorisalone in Milan.
