I keep losing the connection with the stove.

For energy-saving reasons, many smartphones will automatically disconnect the Wi-Fi connection after a few minutes of use. You can increase the connection time by changing the energy-saving settings. In any case, if you have completed all the steps above, all you need to do to resume the connection is click on “Remote” or on “Wi-Fi Home” in the main menu. Your stove and smartphone will be connected again.

The stove works in manual mode even after connecting the Wi-Fi probe.

The probe has probably been installed too far away and has no more coverage. Make sure you are within a radius of about 5 metres from the stove.

The stove icon is not visible in REMOTE mode.

A firewall might be blocking the connection between your home network and the stove. Check with your technician to find out how to get access.
