Techna SmartClean Zero Emission is the evolution of the MCZ pellet boiler, designed to deliver maximum performance, high energy efficiency and particulate emissions below 1 mg/m³. Thanks to the innovative Zero Emission system with integrated electrostatic filter, it drastically reduces the dust particles contained in the flue gases, taking the sustainability of pellet heating to the next level. Available in 21, 27 and 32 kW outputs, it is the ideal solution for those looking for a modern, efficient and easy-to-manage heating system.
Cleaning operations are reduced to as little as twice a year, while the flue also stays cleaner over time. Boiler control and filter diagnostics are managed directly through the integrated control panel, ensuring simple and intuitive operation. In addition, Techna SmartClean Zero Emission is already designed for integration into an MCZ hybrid system, providing maximum installation flexibility.
Ultra-low emissions
Thanks to the innovative Zero Emission electrostatic filter, the particles contained in the flue gases are captured and retained before being released, helping to drastically reduce particulate emissions. The result is a pellet boiler with outstanding environmental performance (particulate emissions below 1 mg/m³), designed to meet the most stringent regulatory requirements and facilitate access to available incentives, including when replacing LPG or natural gas boilers.
Ignition speed
Pellet boilers are equipped with a new ceramic glow plug, which guarantees a sharp reduction in ignition times and, indirectly, a considerable reduction in electrical consumption.
