The standard MCZ warranty is valid for 24 months from the purchase date and covers the replacement or free repair of parts recognised as faulty at source due to manufacturing defects (for all details on the Standard Warranty, click here.).

 

To offer you a service that is always up to your expectations and our quality standards, for all appliances MCZ offers “Carefree Spare Parts”, two warranty extension programmes specifically designed for spare parts.

By activating these programmes, in case of faults on the product, you can get the necessary spare parts for repairs, for a total of 3 years (for the SPARES+1 programme) or 4 years (for the SPARES+2 programme).

* The extended warranty does not cover labour costs and parts subject to normal wear and tear, such as gaskets, glass, and any parts that can be removed from the firebox.
The SPARES+1 and SPARES+2 programmes can only be purchased through an authorised retailer and are valid for all the pellet and wood products of the brands MCZ, RED, SERGIO LEONI, ARCO and BRISACH (for the BRISACH brand the programms are available only for pellet products and for the fireplaces named “Foyer P”). SPARES services are not available in all countries.

Quando acquistare

Se il programma che hai scelto non prevede la prima accensione (CARE+1, SPARES+1, SPARES+2), puoi attivarlo quando vuoi, anche dopo l’acquisto del prodotto, ma comunque entro i 24 mesi dalla data di acquisto del prodotto, ossia mentre è valida la Garanzia convenzionale. Il servizio CARE, che prevede una manutenzione programmata a prezzo fisso, può essere attivato durante tutta la vita del tuo prodotto, anche se è fuori garanzia.
